Senior Functional Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the needs and objectives of COMPANY and provide guidance to the best solution or design to accomplish COMPANY objectives.
• Perform process and system assessment related to Material Cataloguing Software with in-depth assessment with SAP MM.
• Support business process owner in driving work process alignment and process change adoption.
• Provide consultation on applications
• development solution to streamline business process.
• Manage content development including design.
• Design functional requirement and functional specification based on requirements gathered.
• Conduct System Integration Testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
• Train staff on usability of Material Cataloguing Software developed.
• Provide documentation of business process changes impacted by system/solution change.
• Conduct feasibility studies for upgraded software systems.

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Min. 5 years as Functional Analyst
• Must have strong business process knowledge, preferably in the area of Material Cataloguing or Material Management.
• Must have strong integration knowledge with SAP Materials Management (SAP MM).
• Must have strong communication and analytical skills
