Warehouse Specialist

Position : Warehouse Specialist

Location : Sarawak

Scope of Work(s):

• Coordinate marine and land logistics movements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to offshore and onshore locations.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and ensure records are maintained accurately within the inventory management system.
• Support the planning and execution of cargo loadouts and backloads, including preparation of cargo manifests and shipping documentation.
• Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and safe handling of hazardous materials and equipment in compliance with HSE standards.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to align material movement with project schedules.
• Participate in physical stock checks, audits, and reconciliations, and investigate any inventory variances.
• Monitor warehouse layout and workflow efficiency, recommending improvements where necessary.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and material preservation practices are followed at all times.

Minimum Requirement(s):

• Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience in logistics, marine, or warehousing operations within the oil & gas industry.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and marine logistics support for upstream projects.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of HSE and quality standards related to warehouse and logistics activities.
