Scope of Works:
- Assist management and organize documents, ensuring proper filing, version control, and distribution.
- Support administrative functions by preparing correspondence, reports, and assisting with meeting coordination.
- Administer document control systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) and ensure appropriate access and security.
- Provide general administrative support to EMAS as per works assigned, preparing agendas, and managing project related communications
Requirement(s):
- Minimum Certificate in office administration, business management or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience for clerical, administration and/or document control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Familiarity with knowledge of document management procedures, version control, and organization techniques
