We're Hiring for position of Project Admin & Technical Executive!

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our client's team in KL.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.

Key Competencies & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage project control tools and systems to ensure effective project tracking.
  • Lead and coordinate departmental HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) initiatives and support administrative functions within project management.
  • Serve as the Customer Relations Officer (CRO) between PECS and the Operating Units (OPUs), ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage capability building and knowledge management (KM) initiatives within PECS.
  • Act as the training coordinator and document controller, ensuring efficient knowledge transfer and documentation processes.
