Position : HSE Officer

Industry : Oil & Gas

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Contract Period : 1 year

Scope of Works:

• Support coordination and documentation of PSM / HSE activities, including Risk Assessment, PHA, LOPA, MOC, Alarm Management, and SCE reviews.
• Assist in tracking PSM / HSE Plan and KPIs, action items, and assurance findings to ensure timely closure.
  
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review and corporate reporting.
  
• Maintain the PSM database and facilitate updates on risk registers, SCE lists, and PHA actions.
  
• Liaise with offshore and onshore teams for data collection, verification, and reporting consistency.
  
• Support PSM / HSE assurance program
  
• Provide administrative assistance for PSM / HSE meetings, including agenda, minutes, and follow-up tracking.
  
• Ensure proper document control and version management for all PSM deliverables.
  
• Develop and administer the PSM / HSE procedures by reviewing operational needs and International Standard / Practice
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior

Requirement(s):

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in safety, operations, or process engineering (oil & gas preferred).
• Familiar with PSM / HSE elements, particularly MOC, PHA, and SCE.
• Proficient in MS Office, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and document control systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
