Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor material movements for operational activities.
  • Ensure timely preparation, delivery, and return of equipment and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking systems.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments for material deliveries and shipments.
  • Prepare material requisitions, goods receiving documentation, and inventory reports.
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory optimization activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
  • Support warehouse operations including material inspection, tagging, preservation, and storage activities.
  • Coordinate offshore cargo manifests and logistics documentation when required.
  • Assist in resolving material discrepancies, shortages, and delivery issues.
  • Participate in audits, stock counts, and material reconciliation exercises.

Qualification & Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
  • Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in material coordination, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Experience supporting offshore operations will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with SAP, ERP systems, or inventory management systems.
  • Good understanding of material handling, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced operational environment.
