Responsibilities

  • Prepare, compile, edit, and format technical reports, studies, and final documentation for process safety projects.
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with Client documentation standards and templates.
  • Coordinate with engineers to obtain accurate technical inputs for reports and databases.
  • Maintain document control, versioning, and submission records.
  • Consolidate Client comments and ensure incorporation into final deliverables.
  • Prepare final reports for approval, endorsement, and project close-out submissions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant working experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong technical writing, editing, and documentation skills.
  • Familiar with engineering and process safety documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination abilities.
