About the job Technical Writer
Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile, edit, and format technical reports, studies, and final documentation for process safety projects.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with Client documentation standards and templates.
- Coordinate with engineers to obtain accurate technical inputs for reports and databases.
- Maintain document control, versioning, and submission records.
- Consolidate Client comments and ensure incorporation into final deliverables.
- Prepare final reports for approval, endorsement, and project close-out submissions.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Strong technical writing, editing, and documentation skills.
- Familiar with engineering and process safety documentation.
- Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination abilities.
