Installation Lead

Position : Installation Lead

Qualification / Certifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional Engineer registration (e.g. BEM) is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience, including experience as a Field Engineer and Senior Field Engineer.
• Experience in offshore Transportation & Installation (T&I), EPCIC, or offshore construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of offshore installation methodologies and execution.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and coordinate offshore transportation and installation activities.
• Supervise and support Field Engineers and Senior Field Engineers during project execution.
• Review installation procedures, engineering documents, and project plans.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Ensure all activities comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and engineering standards.
• Support tendering activities and provide technical input when required.
