Description

We are seeking Executives, Senior Executives, and Managers to join technical workforce. These roles cover highly specialized trades such as aviation, marine, oil & gas, and precision engineering. Successful candidates will contribute to mission-critical projects requiring advanced technical expertise and compliance with industry standards.

Executive Roles

• Perform specialized technical tasks in niche industries under supervision.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized systems.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of niche equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry-specific standards.
• Support project teams with technical documentation and reporting.

Senior Executive Roles

• Lead advanced technical functions and oversee complex niche trade work.
• Supervise and mentor executives, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Drive process improvements and implement industry best practices.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and support managers in project execution.
• Act as a subject matter expert in specialized trade areas.

Manager Roles

• Lead and oversee teams of executives and senior executives in niche trades.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor specialized technical tasks and resources.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards across projects.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to team members.
• Report on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
• Contribute to long-term strategy and workforce development in niche industries.

Requirements

• Diploma, technical certificate, or vocational training in specialized fields (aviation, marine, oil & gas, precision engineering, etc.).
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience for Executive roles.
• 5 to 9 years of relevant experience for Senior Executive roles.
• 10 to 14 years of supervisory experience for Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific safety practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and operate specialized tools/equipment.
• Good communication skills in Malay and English.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Leadership and mentoring skills (for Senior Executive and Manager roles).
• Flexibility to adapt to project-based assignments in niche industries
