Scope of Works:
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document processing.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and tracking logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and internal documentation as required.
- Ensure proper document control, filing, and version management in accordance with company procedures.
- Support coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing documents, and recording minutes when required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties to obtain necessary information or documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on pending documents, approvals, and submissions to ensure timely completion.
- Provide administrative support for procurement, timesheets, invoice processing, or other operational matters when required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirement(s):
- Possess at least a Diploma qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in clerical or administrative roles (experience in oil & gas industry is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of document control and administrative processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
