Location: Kuala Lumpur and other key project sites across Malaysia

We are seeking Executives, Senior Executives, and Managers to the team in logistics, operations, creative, and business support functions. These roles are critical in ensuring smooth project execution, effective communication, and professional support across diverse business areas. Successful candidates will gain valuable exposure to high-impact projects and contribute to organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

Executive Roles

  • Support logistics coordination, inventory tracking, and daily operations.
  • Assist in creative content development (graphics, presentations, social media posts).
  • Provide business support in HR, finance, procurement, or IT functions.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

Senior Executive Roles

  • Lead specialized functions in logistics, operations, creative, or business support.
  • Manage small teams, delegate tasks, and oversee project deliverables.
  • Drive process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage creative campaigns, branding materials, and corporate communications.
  • Analyze data, prepare strategic reports, and support decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and managers to align departmental goals.

Manager Roles

  • Lead and oversee teams across logistics, operations, creative, or business support functions.
  • Drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and project requirements.
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee creative direction for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational branding and communication strategies.
  • Represent the department in stakeholder meetings and contribute to long-term strategy.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in relevant fields (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Communications, IT, Design, Finance).
  • 3 to 8 years of relevant experience for Executive roles.
  • 8 to 15 years of relevant experience for Senior Executive roles.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience for Manager roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office; ERP/SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • For creative roles: proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in delivering solutions.
  • Leadership and mentoring ability (for Senior Executive and Manager roles).
  • Flexibility to adapt to project-based assignments.
