About the role
Our client, a reputable company in the [Oil & Gas], is seeking a Senior Executive, Learning & Development to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving workforce capability, developing training programs, and supporting the implementation of learning initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the design and implementation of learning and development strategies aligned with business needs.

Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training programs covering technical, safety, compliance, and leadership development.

Conduct training needs analysis and skills gap assessments to identify learning priorities.

Assist in the development and implementation of competency frameworks for technical and non-technical roles.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure high-quality training content and delivery.

Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices.

Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and program documentation.

Promote digital learning tools, knowledge sharing, and a continuous learning culture.
Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Management (preferably in Oil & Gas or related industry).

Strong knowledge of competency frameworks, training design, and workforce development practices.

Proven ability to manage training programs and drive employee development initiatives.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
