Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall coordination and management of all project interface activities among multiple project teams, disciplines, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication, alignment, and coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams across all project phases.
- Identify, assess, and resolve all technical and project interface issues to maintain schedule, cost, quality, and technical integrity.
- Review and monitor interface registers, reports, and related documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.
- Facilitate interface coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Provide technical input, guidance, and support to engineering and construction teams to ensure smooth system integration and proper handover between work packages.
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to achieve project objectives and milestones in compliance with HSE, quality, and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of interface agreements, communications, and resolutions in accordance with project control procedures.
- Support the Project Management Team in identifying interface-related risks and implementing effective mitigation measures.
- Promote a collaborative working environment and ensure clear communication across all interface points to achieve successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Recognized Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of practical experience in upstream oil and gas projects, including onshore, offshore, facilities, and pipeline scopes.
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience as a Coordinator / Interface Engineer in upstream oil and gas projects (onshore, offshore, facilities, and pipeline).
- Vast knowledge and extensive experience in the construction or upgrading of offshore facilities.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent understanding of offshore project execution, interface management processes, and technical integration.
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities under demanding project environments while maintaining compliance with HSE and quality standards.
