Job Description:
- Conducting asset inspections and integrity assessments/ audits of PRFC to ensure compliance with OSRMS requirements, regulatory standards, and company HSE policies.
- Establish and maintain Ping's internal OSRMS
- Verify compliance of facilities, equipment, and documentation against regulatory requirements
- Verifying operational readiness by identifying gaps, non-compliances, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations and follow up on corrective actions
- Liaise with offshore/onshore teams and relevant stakeholders (e.g., PETRONAS)
- Maintain inspection records and prepare reports
- To ensure offshore asset integrity and continued safe operations.
Qualification/Skills:
- 7–10 years of experience in Offshore oil & gas operations, or HSE / process safety / inspection roles
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum), Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science or equivalent technical field
- Possess HSE-related certifications such as:
- NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (advantageous)
- Valid BOSIET / FOET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training)
- Posses' valid certification (OSR Inspector) issued by DOSH
- OSRi (Offshore Self Regulation Inspector) in Hoisting & Lifting Equipment
- OSRi (Offshore Self Regulation Inspector) in Pressure Vessel
- Prior involvement in audits, inspections, or compliance verification
- Familiar with:
- OSRMS (Offshore Safety and Risk Management System)
- HSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 if applicable)
- Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Equipment integrity and certification (e.g., pressure vessels, lifting equipment)
- Familiar with regulatory requirements (e.g., PETRONAS Governing Standards, Malaysia DOSH regulations)
