Job Summary
To support procurement activities for project materials, ensuring timely sourcing, delivery and compliance with procurement procedures and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing and RFQ/RFx through award, expediting and close-out.
• Procure project materials including E&I, piping, valves and mechanical items.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to clarify specifications, requirements and delivery schedules.
• Support commercial evaluations, negotiations and supplier selection.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times and delivery status to meet project milestones.
• Maintain procurement records, requisitions and POs in SAP or relevant procurement systems.
• Support vendor management, market benchmarking and supplier sourcing.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with P2P procedures, company policies and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in any relevant discipline, preferably Engineering, with relevant Oil & Gas experience; or Diploma with relevant industry experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain/procurement, preferably supporting project or operations environments.
• 1–2 years of experience in project material procurement, particularly E&I, piping, valves and mechanical items.
• Experience in sourcing, RFx, commercial evaluation, negotiation, award and delivery coordination.
• Good understanding of industrial products, supplier capabilities and lead times.
• Knowledge of SAP or other procurement systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Candidates with Oil & Gas experience will have an added advantage.
