Job Overview:
The Assistant Maintenance Planner supports maintenance planning and scheduling activities to ensure timely and efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance works. The role assists in coordinating resources, maintaining maintenance records, and supporting maintenance performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Prepare and update work orders, job plans, and maintenance schedules in the CMMS.
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure job readiness.
- Update maintenance records, job completion status, and asset history.
- Support tracking and reporting of basic maintenance KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 1–3 years experience in maintenance planning, coordination, or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic maintenance planning principles.
- Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
