Senior Front-End Engineer (Oil & Gas – FEED / EOR)

Job Overview:

The Senior Front-End Engineer is responsible for delivering front-end engineering studies, technical proposals, and design deliverables for oil and gas projects. The role supports concept selection, FEED development, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) studies, ensuring all outputs meet COMPANY requirements, industry standards, and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and support front-end engineering (Concept / Pre-FEED / FEED) activities for oil and gas projects.
• Prepare and review technical studies, engineering deliverables, and proposals for submission to COMPANY. 
• Support and contribute to Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) studies, including screening, concept evaluation, and development planning.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (process, facilities, drilling, subsurface, cost & schedule) to ensure integrated front-end solutions.
• Ensure engineering work complies with COMPANY standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify technical risks and provide recommendations during early project phases.
• Support management and technical leads in presentations, reviews, and technical discussions with COMPANY.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in front-end engineering within the oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) studies.
• Experience in concept selection, FEED development, and technical proposal preparation.
• Strong understanding of upstream oil & gas development and project lifecycle.
