Position : Senior Contract Engineer

Scope of Work(s):

• Prepare, review, and administer contracts in accordance with project and company requirements.
• Lead contract negotiations, clarifications, and evaluations to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Provide contractual advice and support to project teams and management.
• Ensure all contracts comply with COMPANY and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance and manage any contractual issues, claims, or variations.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, and technical teams for smooth contract execution.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
• Support audits, reporting, and contract close-out activities.
• Ensure compliance with PSC, JDA, or RSC contractual frameworks.

Minimum Requirement(s):

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in upstream oil and gas companies.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Lead or Senior Contract Engineer.
• Working experience in PSC, JDA, or RSC companies is required.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple contracts and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
