Work Pack Team Leader

Responsibilities

To lead preparation and execution of construction work packs ensuring readiness for field execution and efficient project implementation.

• Lead development and management of work packs.
• Ensure technical completeness before site execution.
• Coordinate engineering, materials, and construction inputs.
• Review drawings, procedures, and execution plans.
• Support construction sequencing and planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years oil & gas experience.
• Minimum 7 years as Work Pack Team Leader.
• Strong knowledge of offshore construction specifications.
