Job Description
- Responsible for leading and delivering high-quality geophysical site survey reports for offshore projects, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with client requirements, and timely submission.
- Oversees integration and validation of geophysical datasets including bathymetry, shallow seismic, sub-bottom profiling, and seabed characterization. Coordinates closely with offshore geophysicists, processing teams, and project management to ensure consistency and completeness of reporting outputs.
- Provides technical review, ensures adherence to QA/QC standards, and supports identification and documentation of geohazards for risk assessment. Acts as focal point for client communication during reporting phase and supports clarification of technical findings.
- Continuously improves reporting workflow, templates, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
Requirements:
- Degree in Geophysics or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years offshore geophysicist experience
- At least 5 offshore geophysical site survey projects in a Reporting Manager role
- Strong knowledge of offshore survey methods and geohazard assessment
- Proven report writing, data interpretation, and stakeholder coordination skills
