About the job Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of Process Safety Study & Services projects in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Develop and control project plans including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), schedules (up to Level 3), manpower loading, cost and progress S-curves.
  • Act as the main focal point with Client for project coordination, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and implement corrective actions to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Ensure all deliverables (reports, drawings, databases) comply with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee QA/QC processes prior to submission to Client.
  • Manage project resources including engineers, technical writers, draughtsmen, and third-party support.
  • Review and endorse technical documents prior to final submission.
  • Prepare and submit bi-weekly project progress reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in project management within oil & gas facilities (onshore/offshore).
  • Proven experience managing process safety or engineering consultancy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and project controls.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and client communication skills.
