Operation Manager (Offshore / Upstream Oil & Gas)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of offshore facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of activities.
• Oversee the performance of offshore teams, contractors, and operations personnel to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and project teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports, manage budgets, and ensure timely escalation of issues to senior management.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized degree or diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the upstream oil & gas industry.
• Hands-on experience in 3 or more offshore projects.
• Minimum 5 years working experience as an Operation Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a challenging and dynamic offshore environment.
