Drilling Supervisor, Lead

Description

• Directs all onsite D&C operations, ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and budgetary requirements.
• Active, visible and committed in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) by applying a high priority to safety performance of all drilling and completion operations.
• Actively participated in HAZID/HAZOP/JSA/RA and other HSE program.
• Ensure compliance with Companys Standards and Procedures.
• Manage day-to-day drilling activities, ensuring adherence to the drilling program and company standards.

Requirement

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Drilling & Completions operations; with minimum of 5 years of HTHP (or minimum 5 HTHP wells) experience.
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and standards.
• Excellent communication, advisory, interpersonal and writing skills in English.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
