Position : Operations Engineer

Job Description:

• Support daily oil and gas operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.
• Monitor operational performance and assist in troubleshooting operational issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure operational activities comply with company procedures and safety standards.
• Provide technical and operational support for onshore terminals and offshore facilities.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, documentation, and performance analysis.
• Participate in site visits and offshore assignments when required.

Qualification/Skills:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably with an upstream operator.
• Familiar with oil and gas operational processes and production systems.
• Valid T-BOSIET and AME Medical (or willing/able to obtain) and fit for offshore travel.
• Willing to travel to onshore terminals and offshore facilities when required.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Flexible and able to support fluctuating operational needs.
