We are looking for Site Commissioning Engineer (E&I/Mechanical/Piping) to support our upcoming oil & gas projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute commissioning activities for E&I/Mechanical/Piping systems in oil & gas projects, including onshore, offshore, facilities, and pipeline projects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover activities in accordance with project schedules and specifications.
  • Ensure commissioning works comply with project specifications, engineering standards, HSE requirements, and applicable industry codes.
  • Coordinate closely with Construction, Engineering, Operations, and HSE teams to ensure safe and efficient commissioning execution.
  • Review and verify commissioning procedures, method statements, test packs, and system handover dossiers.
  • Conduct system walkdowns, punch listing, functional testing, and performance testing.
  • Support construction completion and system turnover to operations.
  • Participate in site meetings, progress reporting, and technical troubleshooting during commissioning activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and supervision to commissioning technicians and subcontractors.
  • Ensure proper documentation and close-out of commissioning records and handover packages.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a recognized Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Piping, or equivalent).
  • Minimum ten (10) years of practical experience in oil & gas projects (onshore, offshore, facilities, and pipelines).
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Commissioning Engineer in oil & gas projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience in the construction and/or upgrading of offshore facilities.
  • Good understanding of commissioning philosophies, system completion, and start-up processes.
  • Familiar with international standards, client specifications, and industry best practices.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be based on site and work in offshore/onshore environments as required.
