About the job Market Development Executive
- As a MDE, this role is to have adequte knowledge and skills to collect data and provide analysis to support market development & product marketing plan
- Independently handle product trials (included new products) for product positioning and convincing customers
- Explore potential market included niche segment and propose market development opportunity
- Well coordinate with internal team, business partners & customers to propose best product solution from RAVN
- Frequently have market update and collect customer feedback to accommodate RA solution/ customer's complaint handling.
Qualification & experience:
- Bachelor's degree in pesticide science
- 2 years experience as least in product trial or technical or product development function in a pesticide company
- Experience in product positioning or product marketing is an advance
- Experience in a pesticide MNC is an advanceEnglish communication in written and verbal (Intermediate level)
Key Task:
- Collect market data, provide analyse pesticide potential market (incl. crop segment, pest segment, competitive product..)
- Handle product study, develop trial protocol and conduct product trial
- Propose product positioning (technical positioning & commercial positioning)
- Cooperate with Key customers/Key product for field activity (Demo, Field day, FM) to marketing product in target market
- Collect customer's feedback and handle customer's complaint
- Well connect and effectively control trial expenses with Sub-PPD agent or third party
- Coordinate with registration RAVN for product label and product recommendation
- Provide proficient trial data analysis, report in Excel & product presentation in Powerpoint
