Job responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Development

  • Create and implement comprehensive annual marketing strategies aligned with company goals and revenue objectives.

  • Identify key customer segments, evaluate market trends, and develop competitive positioning plans.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and player retention to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

2. Campaign Coordination & Implementation

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, paid media, affiliate networks, and industry events.

  • Supervise the production of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, blog content, and promotional assets.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on target.

3. Digital Marketing & User Acquisition

  • Oversee and fine-tune paid advertising efforts across platforms such as YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic ad networks.

  • Deploy SEO and content marketing strategies to grow organic visibility and improve search engine rankings.

  • Use marketing automation tools (like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or CRM platforms) to personalize communication and increase user engagement.

  • Develop remarketing and retention campaigns aimed at increasing customer lifetime value (LTV).

4. Brand Management & Content Creation

  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing channels and materials, including web presence, social content, and paid campaigns.

  • Drive the creation of compelling content including blog posts, videos, press releases, and social media updates that reflect the brands voice and messaging.

5. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign metrics through tools such as Google Analytics and CRM dashboards to assess success and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Conduct A/B testing to refine creative elements, messaging, and conversion paths.

  • Deliver actionable insights and performance reports to leadership, adjusting strategies as necessary for better outcomes.

6. Team Leadership & Budget Oversight

  • Manage and mentor marketing team members while coordinating with third-party vendors and agencies.

  • Administer marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI across all initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Over 4 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the iGaming sector.

  • Proven ability to lead and execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, media buying, and campaign optimization.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in performance tracking tools.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and regulated industry environment.
