Senior SAP ABAP Consultant (HCM/HN)

An international executive recruitment company, Elitez Group of Companies is hiring on behalf of a leading international consultancy for the position of Senior SAP ABAP  Consultant in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Manages project timeline in SAP implementation engagements.
• Provides technical solutions and demos to stakeholders.
• Reports to management on project status and progress coordination.
• Expertise in ABAP, BTP developer extensibility, and S4HC development.
• Experienced in applying performance and security best practices.
• Handles technical tasks and contributes to application design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Resolves technical challenges and integrates with cross-SAP modules, SAP products, and non-SAP systems.
• Collaborates with functional team and clients.
• Delivers quality deliverables within project timelines.
• Mentors freshers and junior team members.
• Delivers technical training and user support.
• Works as part of the SAP project team.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience with 5 full cycle projects or equivalent.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
• Strong working knowledge in respective modules.
• Proficiency in English.
