An international executive recruitment company, Elitez Group of Companies is hiring on behalf of an international consultancy for the position of SAP MM Consultant (Middle/Senior) in KL, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Experienced in S/4HANA and Fiori.
  • Experience on ARIBA (Sourcing & Digital Supplier Network) is a PLUS.
  • Experience on MM Module and TM / Shipment modules which bring total solution for Material Management.
  • Have a strong understanding of what SAP standard solution can provide.
  • Have strong integration expertise with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, TM, EWM and FICO modules.
  • Lead requirement gathering from business, map business requirements, processes and objectives, identify gaps, perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide system solutions or work around solutions.
  • Document functional designs, write Functional Specsification, write training document and write User test scripts.
  • Provide training and user support as required.
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.Work self-directed and independently; 
  • may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
  • Familiar with Integration with 3rd party system eg. Vendor EDI (Electronic data interface) using IDoc/RFC/API.
  • Familiar with Worflow process in MM Module.
  • Experience on LTMC & LSMW tools

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
  • At least 5 years designing and configuring MM modules.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
  • Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company.
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
  • Must be results-oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • Bright, outgoing personality with a positive outlook and strong team-working.
  • Tenacious and willing to work extra hours on some occasions to complete tasks.
  • Ability to develop immediate credibility with all levels of consultants and acquire an in-depth understanding of the business and customers.
  • Ability to convey decisions and requirements clearly and appropriately.
  • Diplomatic but with assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills, identifying and balancing the needs of the individual, the client and the organisation.
  • Confident in managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines, with a desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  • Willing to travel.
