Job Overview And Responsibility

­ Understanding, Analyze, verify requirements, and considering both business and technical engineering.

­ Write requirements specifications, business processes, technical documentation...

­ Translate and transmit to the Dev team

­ Communicate, work with the team to solve the requirements and come up with solutions

­ Perform test Unit and support customer test UAT

­ Manage and check progress to ensure delivery with high quality

­ Surely carry out the requested job

­ Grasp requested tasks by yourself and execute them without fail.

­ Engaged in website application projects and working directly with clients.

Required Skills and Experience

­ Fluency in Japanese (N2 higher level)

­ Experience working with Japanese Project.

­ Good internal and external communication skills.

­ 2 years of B2B business experience

­ Knowledge of planning and delivery skills, experience at project management

­ Having demonstrated analytical and problem­solving skills with strong attention to detail.

­ Logic thinking, high responsibility, multitasking skills and proactivity skills

­ Personality Traits: Open­minded, excellent communication skills, proactive in on­site collaboration with the team,

energetic, and confident.

­ Willingness to travel on business to Japan (3­6 months), Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hanoi, and Danang

­ Skill set encompassing Business Analysts, IT counterparts specializing in project management, and/or Bridge System

Engineers (BrSE).

­ Proficiency in utilizing project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

­ Demonstrated experience with wireframing tools, including proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma.
