About the job Administration Support
- Key Performance areas
- Follow and develop established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective support to an office, business unit, department or other organization group.
- Manage and coordinate administration activities with other departmental functions.
- Provide specific business related organizational and administrative support within a company/ function.
- Communicate with the end-user & business partner on behalf of & together with Account manager
- Process and follow sales order to fulfil account demand until delivery completed.
- Check the appearance, quantity and label of goods before delivery.
- Understand company documentation rule and advance business procedures between Company Internal & External customer.
- Make quotation, contract or other related documents for Project sale.
- Support Finance & Admin team in:
- Work with forwarders for goods receipt/ goods delivery
- In charge of Customs declaration to EPZ Customers
- Manager Local Stock
- Other tasks assigned (Cleaning service, stationeries, utilities control.)
- Requirements
- 2-3 experience years preferred.
- English: listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently.
- Word, excel, outlook processing, and filing skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Personality: harmony, careful, honest.
- Prefer candidate who can start working immediately.
