  1. Key Performance areas
  • Follow and develop established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective support to an office, business unit, department or other organization group.
  • Manage and coordinate administration activities with other departmental functions.
  • Provide specific business related organizational and administrative support within a company/ function.
  • Communicate with the end-user & business partner on behalf of & together with Account manager
  • Process and follow sales order to fulfil account demand until delivery completed.
  • Check the appearance, quantity and label of goods before delivery.
  • Understand company documentation rule and advance business procedures between Company Internal & External customer.
  • Make quotation, contract or other related documents for Project sale.
  • Support Finance & Admin team in:
    • Work with forwarders for goods receipt/ goods delivery
    • In charge of Customs declaration to EPZ Customers
    • Manager Local Stock
  • Other tasks assigned (Cleaning service, stationeries, utilities control.)
  1. Requirements
  • 2-3 experience years preferred.
  • English: listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently.
  • Word, excel, outlook processing, and filing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Personality: harmony, careful, honest.
  • Prefer candidate who can start working immediately.
