    Job responsibilities:

    1. Sales Strategy Formulation:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives within the iGaming sector. Identify key market segments and develop targeted approaches to increase market penetration and share.

  • 2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across the iGaming ecosystem, including game studios, publishers, and platform providers. Understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • 3. Lead Generation & Business Development:
    Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the iGaming market. Seek out potential clients, strategic partnerships, and collaborative ventures to expand the customer base and drive revenue.

  • 4. Contract Negotiation & Management:
    Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing models, and service level agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets while addressing client expectations.

  • 5. Industry Research & Competitive Analysis:
    Keep abreast of trends, market shifts, and the competitive landscape in the iGaming industry. Conduct detailed market research to uncover emerging opportunities, assess risks, and guide strategic decisions.

  • 6. Cross-Departmental Coordination:
    Work in close collaboration with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure cohesive sales initiatives. Align efforts across departments to support product launches, promotional activities, and customer success initiatives.

  • 7. Sales Performance Monitoring:
    Produce consistent sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to measure progress against targets. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize strategies, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • 8. Team Leadership & Skill Development:
    Mentor and support sales team members by offering training and professional development opportunities. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the sales organization

Job requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the iGaming sector.

  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and contributing to revenue growth.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry, including current trends, major stakeholders, and new technologies.

  • Capable of working autonomously, managing priorities effectively, and handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Skilled in using CRM platforms and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Open to travel as needed for client engagements, industry events, and conferences.
