Job responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Oversight:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline code deployment.
- Ensure reliable and seamless delivery of application updates to production environments.
- Infrastructure Automation:
- Automate the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure components.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible for consistent and repeatable setups.
- Cloud Environment Management:
- Administer and scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to support the high-demand nature of mobile gaming.
- Enhance system performance to ensure consistent application stability and reliability.
- Monitoring & Incident Alerting:
- Deploy comprehensive monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic) to proactively identify performance issues and security risks.
- Configure automated alerts for critical failures and perform real-time troubleshooting.
- Security & Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain adherence to industry regulations and security protocols, focusing on data protection, privacy, and fraud prevention.
- Collaborate with security teams to safeguard systems, monitor threats, and apply necessary updates.
- Team Collaboration & Operational Support:
- Partner with development teams to streamline operations and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Offer support for development, staging, and live environments, particularly during peak usage times.
- Disaster Recovery & Data Protection:
- Design and implement disaster recovery strategies and failover systems to ensure continuous service availability.
- Establish and manage backup procedures to protect data integrity and ensure recoverability.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, or similar technical roles.
- Familiarity with cloud service providers such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and centralized logging tools (e.g., ELK Stack).
- Skilled in using automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Proven experience operating in high-availability, high-traffic production environments.
