Terms And Conditions

1. Candidate Representation

By engaging with EliteHire, the Candidate represents that all information provided, including but not limited to resume, qualifications, and references, is accurate and truthful.

2. Recruitment Services

The Candidate engages the Recruiter to provide direct hire recruitment services to match the Candidate with potential employers for permanent employment positions.

3. Confidentiality

The Candidate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by the Recruiter, including details about potential job opportunities, client companies, and their hiring processes.

4. Exclusivity

The Candidate agrees to work exclusively with the Recruiter for a period of 1 month from the date of applying for a position, and will not engage with other recruitment agencies for the same job search during this period.

5. Candidate Submission to Clients

The Candidate understands that the decision to submit their profile to clients for specific job opportunities lies solely with the Recruiter. The Candidate will be informed before any submission and has the right to decline if not interested.

6. Interview and Offer Process

If the Candidate is presented with an employment opportunity by the Recruiter, the Candidate agrees to promptly inform the Recruiter of their interest and participate in client interviews. The Candidate is under no obligation to accept any job offer.

7. Fee Structure

The Candidate understands that there is no fee payable by them for the recruitment services. The Recruiter is compensated by the client companies seeking to hire.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
