PE Engineer Group Manager

Overview:
As the Group Manager, you will take charge of overseeing engineering projects, supervising staff, driving business development, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service across various engineering projects while fostering strong client relationships.

Required Skills:

  • 8 years in engineering preferably with geotechnical background.
  • Business acumen with experience managing profit and loss (P&L).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to maintaining safety standards and engineering best practices.
  • Familiarity with local and regional engineering trends is preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer with at least 8 years of experience in engineering and team management, preferably with a geotechnical background. They have a strong track record in leading complex projects, managing budgets, and developing client relationships. With excellent communication and leadership skills, they can grow a satellite office while maintaining high technical and safety standards. Experience in business development and familiarity with local engineering trends are a plus.
