Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid
Job Description:
Our client, a leading regional law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of law firm litigation experience to join its New Jersey office.
Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including organizing and maintaining court materials, drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other court documents
Prepare correspondence, memoranda, discovery responses, and other communications with minimal supervision
Manage dockets, deadlines, and case calendars
Coordinate and prepare for depositions, hearings, motions, and trials
Assist with paper and electronic discovery, including:
Identifying relevant ESI (electronically stored information)
Drafting and issuing legal hold notices
Coordinating with clients to preserve and collect ESI and paper discovery
Processing, reviewing, and coding ESI
File documents electronically via CM/ECF and New Jersey e-filing systems
Qualifications:
3+ years of law firm litigation experience
College degree and/or paralegal certificate required
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Relativity, and Concordance; iManage experience a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented with a proactive approach
Must have stable backgrounds (NO temp/contract/freelance or jumpy resumes).
Solid law firm experience only.
