Technical Account Manager-4+ days Onsite
Job Description:
Our client, a unified API platform powering HR, LMS, Screening, ATS, and Payroll integrations startup, is seeking Technical Account Managers to join its growing team.
This is a high-impact role for a customer-facing SaaS professional who thrives at the intersection of technical integrations and commercial ownership. The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management, has owned a meaningful book of business, and is comfortable driving renewals and expansion within enterprise accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
Own the full post-sales lifecycle for strategic accounts — onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion
Manage a $2–3M ARR book of business within your first 90 days, driving strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and Engineering to support complex API integrations and identify growth opportunities
Lead structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on value realization, adoption, and roadmap alignment
Drive commercial conversations, including renewals, expansion proposals, and negotiations
Contribute to building and refining Customer Success playbooks as a foundational member of the NYC team
Job Qualifications:
3–8 years of Customer Success or Technical Account Management experience in B2B SaaS
Full ownership of post-sale accounts, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
Experience managing enterprise accounts with $150K+ deal sizes
Background in high-growth, early-stage startups (Seed–Series C preferred)
Experience supporting API-based, integration-heavy, or technical products
Ability to read and explain API documentation (SQL familiarity is a plus)
Confidence leading complex commercial conversations with enterprise stakeholders
Prior founder experience or HR/TA tech exposure is a strong plus
