 Job Description:

Our client, an AI software company, is seeking a Head of PR & Communications to build and scale its brand from the ground up.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic brand builder who has successfully transformed emerging technology companies into recognizable consumer-facing brands. You will define long-term brand direction while owning PR strategy and execution during a pivotal phase of growth, helping position the company for future consumer product launches.

This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution — equally comfortable shaping narrative, driving earned media, and elevating executive visibility.

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead a comprehensive brand and communications strategy across PR, social, and owned channels.
Define the company's positioning and narrative, translating complex technical concepts into compelling stories for a broad audience.
Drive brand awareness initiatives that build recognition and cultural relevance within the AI and robotics ecosystem.
Own PR strategy end-to-end, including media relations, influencer partnerships, press moments, and event participation.
Partner closely with executives to build thought leadership and external visibility.
Hire and lead a communications team, establishing scalable processes and execution frameworks.

Qualifications:

7–10 years of experience
in brand strategy, PR, or communications within a consumer-facing tech company.
Proven track record building brand awareness for a company transitioning from niche to mainstream recognition.
Recent experience leveraging modern channels, especially social media and digital storytelling.
Ability to simplify complex technical topics for a general audience.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to fully own brand narrative and execution.
Hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
