Job Description:
Our client, a fast-growing startup helping government contractors respond to federal RFPs in hours instead of weeks, is hiring Account Executives to help scale its go-to-market engine.
We're looking for a full-cycle, quota-carrying Account Executive with 2–4 years of closing experience who thrives in early-stage environments. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, building a pipeline from scratch, and helping shape the sales motion as the company grows toward $10M+ in revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
Own the full mid-market sales cycle — from sourcing and discovery through negotiation and close.
Build and manage your own pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns and inbound lead follow-up.
Lead product demos, solution mapping, and procurement workflows, including security and compliance reviews.
Partner closely with SDRs to drive meeting generation and pipeline growth.
Help define repeatable sales playbooks and contribute to building scalable GTM processes and systems.
Qualifications:
2+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
Background working in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment (Series C/D or earlier preferred).
Experience closing deals in the $30K–$100K+ ACV range.
Comfortable managing 2–4 month sales cycles.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from the ground up.
Fast learner with strong communication skills and a consultative selling approach.
