Revenue Operations Manager - Hybrid 4 days onsite

Our client, a fast-growing healthcare AI startup, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to be the first hire on the RevOps team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a sharp operator who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and go-to-market execution.

You'll own the operational foundation of the GTM motion—building, optimizing, and scaling the processes, tooling, and insights that power sales, marketing, and customer success. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build RevOps from the ground up and play a critical role in the company's next stage of growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Own the GTM tech stack: Design, implement, and manage go-to-market systems, serving as the primary Salesforce administrator

Forecasting & compensation: Build and maintain forecasting models, manage commissions, and support compensation plan design

Territories & data integrity: Develop sales territories, oversee account enrichment, and ensure clean, reliable data across systems

Deal Desk ownership: Establish and run Deal Desk strategy, supporting sales with pricing, approvals, and deal execution

Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to scale a cohesive, efficient GTM engine

Tech Stack

Salesforce, Marketo, BI/analytics tools, CPQ tools

Qualifications:

3–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company

Experience in a VC-backed Series C or D environment (not solely Seed or Series A)

Hands-on ownership of multiple RevOps functions, including commissions, territories, forecasting, and Deal Desk

Deep expertise with GTM systems and tooling; super-user level experience with Salesforce (including 1+ year as primary admin)

Experience leveraging AI tools to improve GTM processes and operational efficiency

Strong communicator who can translate data into actionable insights

Builder mindset with a desire to stand up and scale RevOps from scratch
