Project Manager (Wastewater) – Santa Clarita, CA
Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex wastewater infrastructure projects in the Santa Clarita market.
This opportunity is ideal for a construction professional who thrives on delivering technically challenging projects while leading teams, managing client relationships, and driving successful project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of wastewater electrical construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Oversee project financial performance, cost controls, and profitability.
- Collaborate with owners, engineers, municipalities, and field leadership.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
- Experience managing wastewater, water treatment, municipal, or industrial infrastructure projects preferred.
- Strong financial management and scheduling experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
