Job Description:

Elite Staffing Network LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. The Nurse Practitioner will work full-time and on a permanent basis, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies

- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications and providing patient education

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care

- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and self-care techniques

- Adhere to all medical and legal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of North Carolina

- National certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Proficient in electronic medical records and other computer applications

Certified in Family Practice
Board Certified by the American Nurses
Credentialing Center (ANCC)
