Elite Staffing Network is seeking a full time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Vermont.  This clinician will deliver high quality, evidence-based therapy and medication management. Clinicians will also work collaboratively with a health navigator who will assist in patient engagement and logistical support. Our client strives to streamline everyday tasks for clinicians so that they can focus on delivering clinical care.

Schedule and Shift Details
100% Remote - Work from home with flexible hours - 15 scheduled appts/day 10 appts minimum face to face visits/day
