Mortgage Advisor (Base - £25,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience plus Comms) OTE £75,000+

JOB PURPOSE

Self-sufficiently package referred buy to let and bridging applications from handover to completion, adhering to company quality control standards, service level expectations and optimising efficiency at all times whilst adhering to company TCF policies and procedures.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Meet the required service levels agreements.

b. Adhere to company quality control standards.

c. Are kept abreast of lender criteria updates.

PERSONAL AND OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIIES

  • To display Company core values at all times.
  • To actively keep updated with the companys services, procedures, best practice and regulatory requirements.

3. To develop by, where necessary, attending courses, meetings, training events, workshops and seminars.

  • To demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • To be highly self-motivated and organised, and to encourage others likewise.
  • To make informed decisions whilst being aware of the consequences.
  • A recognition and regard for observing confidentiality.
  • An ability to work on own initiative and meet set timescales.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING

  • CeMap 1,2 and 3

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Industry knowledge preferable.
  • IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Office.
