Specialist Mortgage Advisor (2nd charge residential) On-Site Cardiff, UK
Basic £24,000-£30,000 OTE £50,000 1st Year
A well established Mortgage Brokerage in Cardiff are looking for experienced or entry level mortgage brokers who want to grow a career in financial services.
Duties
To manage all referred second charge residential, specialist mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion whilst providing a first class service in a compliant manner.
Working within the team, taking referrals from Team Manager and senior specialist mortgage advisors, this role requires a great team player, communicative, hard-working with great attention to detail.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main, day to day duties:
1. Handle all applications in a timely manner so the introducing firm and customer are satisfied with the progression of their mortgage application.
2. Provide feedback on an as and when required basis to the staff member that made the referral.
Other duties
1. Adhere to the high quality control standards expected by the firm.
2. Attend all training.

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
- CeMap 1,2 and 3 preferrable. We will also consider candidates who have a keen interest and desire to carve a career as a Mortgage Broker. For the right candidates CeMAP training will be provided.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Industry knowledge preferable.
- IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Office.
