I hereby authorize Elite Employment and/or its agents to conduct any and/or all related background screening, assessments and/or references for recruitment purposes on my behalf.

I certify that all information supplied verbally and/or electronically and/or in writing is true and correct.

Candidate Liability:

I hereby agree to the Candidate Liability as follows:

Kindly take  note that in the event that you have signed a written offer in acceptance of employment and you opt to terminate your employment agreement with the employer before you commence employment or within a period of three (3) months from the commencement date of your employment, you shall be liable to refund Elite Employment CC an amount equal to your proposed monthly salary package within thirty (30) days of your termination, failing which Elite Employment Consultancy CC shall be entitled to institute legal action against yourself for the recovery of the aforesaid amount of which cost you shall also be liable on an attorney and own client scale.

Conflict of Interest:

I hereby agree to notify Elite Employment of any possible conflict of interest situations related to any position and/or company I am being put forward for. For example: If I or any member(s) of my immediate family, an owner, partner or shareholder of any firm that competes with the prospective employer; Or; If I or any member(s) of my immediate family, an owner, partner or shareholder of any firm that provides products or services to the prospective company.
