Location: Windhoek, Namibia with travel

Purpose and Main Duties:
- Install, troubleshoot, and service a wide range of medical equipment (e.g., X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, ventilators, dialysis machines).
- Maintain inventory and ensure all equipment is operational and safe.
- Provide user training and technical support to stakeholders.
- Prepare quotes, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
- Meet sales targets and promote products to existing and prospective customers.
- Travel is required for servicing equipment and meeting clients (about 50%-60% of working hours).
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Customer support and complaint resolution.
- Documentation and reporting of service activities.
- Sales activities, including product demonstrations and achieving sales targets.
- Ensuring safety and compliance in all technical operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Biomedical or Clinical Engineering (essential).
- Registration with the Health Professions Council of Namibia (or ability to register).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospital or clinical environment (preferred).
- Knowledge of medical equipment, IT/networking basics, and technical documentation.
- Sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport (mandatory).
