Nature of position: 5-year FTC
Primary purpose of the position:
This role provides strategic human resource direction, lead and managing the Human Resources function of Namdock. This includes providing divisional leadership, develop and execute the human resource strategy, in terms of workforce planning, recruitment, remuneration and benefits, employee and industrial relations, organisational development, talent management, occupational health and wellness, corporate social responsibility and stakeholder engagements, human resources governance,risk and compliance.

Qualification and Experience Required:
- Grade 12 with a Bachelors Honours Degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Masters in human resources or business administration or business leadership or related field will be an added advantaged.
- Ten (10) years relevant experience in strategic human resources planning and management of which 5 years should have been on middle to senior management level with sound working experience in unionised environment.
- Familiarity with employment and labour related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
