Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role combines sales, basic marketing, and customer management responsibilities, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess strong communication skills, and have a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of our VoIP products and services.

Marketing:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of basic marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Participate in promotional activities and trade shows to enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.

Customer Engagement and Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct customer onboarding and training sessions.
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

1. Sales Performance

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Number of new business leads generated and converted.
  • Revenue growth from new and existing customers.

2. Customer Engagement

  • Monitor customer activity/inactivity based on usage.
  • Response time to customer inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Customer retention and repeat business rates.

3. Marketing Effectiveness

  • Success of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Brand awareness and market reach.
