A well-established company in the solar industry is looking for a forward-thinking up-and-coming Electrician who has 5 years experience leading a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

CONTRACT DETAILS: Permanent

POSITION LOCATION: Windhoek, Khomas, Namibia

POSITON NAME: Electrician Foreman

Responsibilities

• Installing and servicing of both grid-tied & off-grid solar PV systems
• Service and Maintenance trips to remote sites across the country
• Site inspections and subsequent project management
• Installation team supervision and management
• Assist in on site design of electrical layouts,AC-,DC-,P&ID- single line diagrams, structural & civil components

Skills & Attributes Required:

• Solid understanding of networks & IT
• Solid understanding of electricity of energy flow
• Able to read engineering & energy flow
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Professional communication skills and neat records keeping

Other requirements:

• Namibian Citizenship
• Driver's License (CE would be an Advantage)
• Able to read communicate in English and Afrikaans
• Good Medical Record
• Able to work overtime/weekends as needed
